    Single group study. Pre-intervention evaluation of the analyzed outcomes considered as control and post-intervention as experimental. The intervention consists of applying a functional elastic bandage Tmax brand, 5 cm wide (Tmax Medical, South Korea) to all 19 participants. Cuts will be made at the corners of the tape in order to reduce the risk of detachment. The participant will be instructed to stand up and exhale all the air, then will be asked to perform a trunk extension, and the center of the bandage will be fixed below the xiphoid process. Next, the individual will be asked to raise their arms above their head and perform a maximum inspiration, and the tape will be placed on the anterior part of the chest with a tension of 10%, from proximal to distal (i.e., from the xiphoid process to the ends of the bandage) over the diaphragm. After applying the bandage, they will wait 15 minutes to repeat the outcome assessment.

    Estudo de grupo único. Avaliação pré-intervenção dos desfechos analisados considerada como controle e pós intervenção como experimental. A intervenção consiste na aplicação da bandagem elástica funcional da marca Tmax, 5 cm de largura (Tmax Medical, Coreia do Sul) em todos os 19 participantes. Será feito corte nos cantos da fita a fim de diminuir os riscos de descolamento. O participante será orientado a ficar em pé e a exalar todo o ar, em seguida será pedido que realize uma extensão de tronco, e o centro da bandagem será fixada abaixo do processo xifoide. Na sequência, será pedido ao indivíduo que levante os braços acima da cabeça e realize uma inspiração máxima, e a fita será colocada na parte anterior do tórax com uma tensão de 10%, no sentido proximal para distal (isto é, do processo xifoide para as extremidades da bandagem), sobre o diafragma.
