The study will be a single group of a sample of 30 subjects. The 30 individuals will be evaluated by RDC / TMD (research diagnostic criteria) - Axis I. Axis I classifies the individual within the group. Group I - muscle disorders (myofascial pain, myofascial pain with limited opening), group II - disc displacement - discopathies (disk displacement with reduction, disk displacement without reduction with limited opening, disc displacement without reduction was limited opening) and Group III - arthralgia, arthritis and arthritis (arthralgia, osteoarthritis and osteoarthrosis of the TMJ TMJ). The 30 individuals will be evaluated by photogrammetry. For the photogrammetry will be marked with the individual anatomical points in the standing position on a flat surface in a relaxed position, without shoes. The points marked are: tragus of the ear, occipital protuberance (PO), 4th cervical vertebra (C4), 7th cervical vertebra (C7), the labial and the region lateral orbicularis the eyes, visible will not be marked but will be used in analysis of angles. Individuals shall be photographed in ventral and anterior position (with the new prosthesis, prosthesis old, without a hearing and a month after placing the new prosthesis). Photogrammetry for the protocol to be followed Iunes et al (2005). The 30 individuals will also review by surface electromyography. The upper trapezius muscles are analyzed and longissimus lumbar. will be evaluated at rest (10 seconds) and during maximal isometric contraction (5 seconds). For placement of the electrodes will be followed protocols SENIAM (2007) Individuals will undergo an initial assessment and one month after placing the new prosthesis, pass through the same evaluation mentioned above

O estudo terá um único grupo composto por uma amostra de 30 indivíduos. Os 30 indivíduos serão avaliados pelo RDC/DTM (critério de diagnóstico em pesquisa) - Axis I. o Axis I classifica o individuo dentro do grupos. O grupo I – desordens musculares (dor miofacial; dor miofacial com abertura limitada); grupo II – deslocamento do disco – discopatias (deslocamento do disco com redução, deslocamento do disco sem redução com abertura limitada, deslocamento do disco se redução sem abertura limitada); Grupo III – artralgias, artrites e artroses (artralgias, osteoartrite da ATM e osteoartrose da ATM). Os 30 indivíduos serão avaliados pela fotogrametria. Para fotogrametria será demarcados os pontos anatômicos com o indivíduo na posição em pé, sobre uma superfície lisa em posição relaxada, sem sapatos. Os pontos demarcados serão: tragus da orelha, protuberância occipital (PO), 4ª vértebra cervical (C4), 7ª vértebra cervical (C7), a comissura labial e a região orbicular externo dos olhos, por ser visível não serão demarcados, mas serão utilizados na análise dos ângulos. Os indivíduos serâo fotografados na postura ventral e frontal anterior (com prótese nova, com prótese antiga, sem prótese e um mês após a colocação da prótese nova). Para fotogrametria será seguido o protocolo se Iunes et al(2005). Os 30 indivíduos passarão também pela avaliação eletromiografia de superfície. Os músculos analisados serão trapézio superior e longuíssimo lombar. serão avaliados no repouso (10 segundo) e durante a contração isométrica máxima (5 segundo). Para colocação dos eletrodos serão seguidos os protocolos de SENIAM (2007) Os individuos passarão por uma avaliação inicial e 1 mês após a colocação da prótese nova, passarão pela mesma avaliação citada acima
