  This is a non-inferiority, randomized, controlled, double-blind clinical study. The sample space will consist of 74 patients of both sexes, randomized into two groups. Experimental group: 37 patients will be treated through the telerehabilitation format. Control group: 37 patients will be treated through the face-to-face format. Data collection will be performed in three assessments: Initial assessment, final assessment, and assessment after 3 months of the end of treatment. The assessments will be carried out in person for both groups. And eight assessment instruments will be applied: a checklist of the International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF), the Barthel Index, the TUG, EQ-5D, ASHA FACS, PADAF, PARD, and FOIS. The treatment protocol will be followed with two sessions per week, attended by a therapist in the control group, in person, and in the experimental group, remotely and synchronously. In addition to a weekly session with exercises guided by a booklet and videos, made available and prescribed weekly by the researchers. There will therefore be 12 sessions per month, totaling 36 sessions at the end of three months.

  Trata-se de um estudo clínico de não inferioridade, randomizado, controlado, duplo-cego. O espaço amostral será composto por 74 pacientes de ambos os sexos, randomizados em dois grupos. Grupo experimental: 37 pacientes serão tratados através do formato de telereabilitação. Grupo controle: 37 pacientes serão tratados através do formato presencial. A coleta de dados será realizada em três avaliações. Avaliação inicial, avaliação final e avaliação após 3 meses do término do tratamento. As avaliações se darão de maneira presencial para os dois grupos. E serão aplicados oito instrumentos de avaliação: um checklist da Classificação Internacional de Funcionalidade, Incapacidade e Saúde (CIF), o Índice de Barthel, a TUG, EQ-5D, ASHA FACS, PADAF, PARD e FOIS. O protocolo de tratamento será seguido com duas sessões, por semana, assistidas por terapeuta no grupo controle, presencial e no grupo experimental, remotamente e de forma síncrona. Além de uma sessão semanal com exercícios orientados por cartilha e vídeos, disponibilizados e prescritos semanalmente pelos pesquisadores. Serão, portanto, 12 sessões por mês, totalizando 36 sessões ao final de três meses.
