  - Peeling diamond Group: 15 women with stretch marks on buttocks receive treatment with peeling diamond on stretch marks. The hygiene of the place with cleaning gel and scrub the area with exfoliating cream in 15 participants will be held. Next will be applied 70% alcohol for disinfection of the site. The peeling diamond will be used using the Endermologie machine that exerts a negative pressure -200mmHg, coupled to the pen with diamond tip 150 microns on the ridges to reach local redness, totaling an average of 40 minutes in each treatment session . Will be held 10 sessions of treatment, It is held one session per week, totaling two and half months. - Group galvanic current: 15 women with stretch marks on buttocks receive treatment with galvanic current on stretch marks. to implement this feature, the skin will initially be cleaned with 70% alcohol, then will be used electrotherapy apparatus and microgalvâniva current generator. Will be connected to an electrode device channel with a positive terminal and a negative. To the negative pole will be coupled with a pen needle four millimeters connected to the tip. Will use a dispersive electrode with aluminum plate and moistened foam (positive pole) fixed at 20 cm of the treated area, the posterior region of the thigh. The device will be programmed to generate the galvanic current with intensity of 100 microamperes. Treatment will total an average of 40 minutes per session. The participants in this group will be guided to apply at home moisturizer formulated oil sunflower seed base on stretch marks and keep for at least 40 minutes. Will be held 10 sessions of treatment, It is held one session per week, totaling two and half months.

  - Grupo Peeling diamante: 15 mulheres com estrias na região glútea receberão tratamento com peeling diamante sobre as estrias. Será realizada a higienização do local com gel de limpeza e uma esfoliação da área por meio de creme esfoliante em 15 participantes. Em seguida será aplicado álcool 70% para desinfecção do local. O peeling diamante será utilizado utilizando-se o aparelho de endermoterapia que exerce uma pressão negativa de -200mmHg, acoplado à caneta com ponteira diamantada de 150 micras sobre as estrias até alcançar vermelhidão local, totalizando um tempo médio de 40 minutos de tratamento em cada sessão. Serão realizadas 10 sessões de tratamento, sendo realizada uma sessão por semana, totalizando dois meses e meio. - Grupo Corrente galvânica: 15 mulheres com estrias na região glútea receberão tratamento com corrente galvânica sobre as estrias. para a aplicação deste recurso, a pele será inicialmente higienizada com álcool 70%, em seguida será utilizado aparelho de eletroterapia e gerador de corrente microgalvâniva. Será conectado ao aparelho um canal de eletrodos com um polo positivo e um negativo. Ao polo negativo será acoplada uma caneta com agulha de quatro milímetros conectada na ponteira. Será utilizado um eletrodo dispersivo com placa de alumínio e espuma umedecida (polo positivo) fixado a 20 centímetros da área tratada, na região posterior de coxa. O aparelho será programado para gerar a corrente galvânica com intensidade de 100 microampéres. A agulha será inserida na camada epidérmica, por meio da punturação, de maneira rápida e precisa, associado ao levantamento da camada da pele, mantida por três segundos e retirada a agulha, em toda a extensão da estria. O tratamento totalizará um tempo médio de 40 minutos por sessão. Serão realizadas 10 sessões de tratamento, sendo realizada uma sessão por semana, totalizando dois meses e meio. - Grupo controle: será aplicado tratamento controle em 15 participantes com estrias na região de glúteos. As participantes deste grupo serão orientadas a aplicar em casa óleo hidratante formulado a base de semente de girassol sobre as estrias e manter por, no mínimo, 40 minutos. Serão realizadas 10 sessões de tratamento, sendo realizada uma sessão por semana, totalizando dois meses e meio.

  Patients in dermato-functional treatment for improving distension of stretch marks; patients predisposed to keloids; patients with presence of hormonal diseases, cardiac, respiratory, diabetes mellitus, hypertension and cancer; patients unable to provide a sensory feedback or skin sensitivity changes; aversion or allergy to the use of electrical stimulation.

This measurement will be performed the day before the start of the study and one day after the conclusion thereof. We expect a 50% reduction in the thickness of the striaes after 10 treatment sessions once a week.

  Termografia digital: será aplicada termografia digital por meio de câmera infravermelha para avaliar a temperatura e microcirculação cutânea. Para captação das imagens termográficas será utilizada uma câmera de infravermelho da marca Flir Systems® com processamento digital de imagens, sensibilidade térmica de 0,08°C em faixa espectral de 3 a 14 micrômetros, adequada à aplicação no diagnóstico clínico. Será utilizada, para análise dos dados, o software de suporte Velocity 2.3 com calibração automática. A participante será orientado a não realizar atividade física, não consumir bebidas quentes e/ou medicamentos vasodilatadores, não fumar e não utilizar produtos cosmetológicos na pele 4 horas antes da avaliação. As imagens serão captadas em sala com temperatura ambiente de 23ºC, ausência de luz solar e iluminação por lâmpadas de luz fria (fluorescentes). A participante deverá manter o local de avaliação desnudo, na posição ortostática com pés unidos, mantendo-se relaxado, com a câmara posicionada a 1,2 metros de distância da região avaliada. Será esperado um período de 15 minutos de exposição para que a pele entre em equilíbrio térmico com a temperatura da sala, posteriormente, serão captadas três imagens da região avaliada. Serão realizadas avaliações antes e após a aplicação do recurso. Espera-se aumento da temperatura cutânea após aplicação dos recursos.
