  The study contemplates 3 intervention groups (A, B and C) for the relief of non-specific acute low back pain and for each group, 80 participants are allocated through the randomization process. Group A (80 participants expected) will receive the intervention of specific reflexotherapy (experimental) and auriculoterapia non-specific (control). Group B (80 participants expected) will receive the intervention of specific reflexotherapy (experimental) and specific auriculoterapia (experimental) and group C: (80 participants expected), will receive the intervention of auriculoterapia specific (experimental) and non-specific Reflexotherapy ). In the non-specific reflexotherapy application (control intervention) will be the massage in the same areas corresponding to the reflexotherapy of the experimental group, but with soft touch without specific therapeutic effect. The same intervention process is for non-specific Auriculotherapy (control intervention), that is, the contact points with the micropore will be the same as the exepriemtal intervention, but without the mustard seed). Intervention in groups A, B and C will be performed in two sessions within 3 days between interventions.

  O estudo contempla 3 grupos (A, B e C) de intervenção para alívio da dor lombar aguda inespecífica e para cada grupo está previsto a alocação de 80 participantes por intermédio do processo de randomização. O grupo A (80 participantes previstos)receberá a intervenção de Reflexoterapia específica(experimental) e Auriculoterapia não específica (controle). O grupo B (80 participantes previstos), receberá a intervenção de Reflexoterapia específica (experimental) e Auriculoterapia específica (experimental) e o grupo C: (80 participantes previstos), receberá a intervenção de Auriculoterapia específica (experimental)e Reflexoterapia não específica(controle). Na aplicação reflexoterapia não específica (intervenção controle) será a massagem nas mesmas áreas correspondentes a reflexoterapia do grupo experimental, porém com toque suave sem efeito terapêutico específico. O mesmo processo de intervenção é para Auriculoterapia não específica (intervenção controle), ou seja, os pontos de contato com o micropore serão os mesmos da intervenção experiemtal, porém sem a semente de mostarda). O intervenção nos grupos A, B e C serão realizadas em duas sessões no intervalo de 3 dias entre intervenções.

  To be a professor and / or student of the health area at the University of Southern Santa Catarina; availability to participate in all the sessions that the study establishes; have pain in the lower back; do not present lesions, scars, inflammatory or infectious processes that can compromise sensitivity, manipulation of auriculotherapy points and reflex areas of the fee; being at least 18 years old and not older than 75 years old

  Ser docente e ou discente da área da saúde na Universidade do Sul de Santa Catarina; disponibilidade para participar de todas as sessões que o estudo estabelece; apresentar dor na região lombar aguda; não apresentar lesões, cicatrizes, processos inflamatórios ou infecciosos que podem comprometer a sensibilidade, manipulação dos pontos da auriculoterapia e áreas reflexas podais; ter no mínimo 18 anos e no máximo 75 anos de idade.

  To be performing specific treatment for relief of low back pain, with another complementary practice; be participating in some other research for pain relief; be pregnant; have undergone surgery in the auricle that has altered the anatomy of the nerve terminals and the auricular structure; present vascular disorders in lower limbs such as varicose ulcers and or thrombosis, severe diabetes with loss of peripheral sensitivity; have undergone surgery on the feet and are showing signs of scarring and tenderness

  Estar realizando tratamento específico para alívio da dor lombar, com outra prática complementar; estar participando de alguma outra pesquisa para alívio de dor; ser gestante; ter realizado cirurgias no pavilhão auricular que tenham alterado a anatomia dos terminais nervosos e a estrutura auricular; apresentar distúrbios vasculares em membros inferiores como úlceras varicosas e ou trombose, diabetes severa com perda de sensibilidade periférica; ter realizado cirurgia nos pés e que estejam apresentando sinais de cicatrização e sensibilidade.

Outcomes

• Primary outcomes:

  Reduction of acute low back pain among health teachers and students, as determined by the visual and analog intensity rating of pain (VAS), which is characterized by a ruler-like scale that contains a line of numerical markers that vary from 0 to 10 and below the figures are figures that symbolize the facial expression relative to the intensity of the pain. In this instrument the pain is defined as light (represented by numbers 0 to 1), moderate (3 to 7) and intense (8 to 10). It applies to scale before and after intervention.

  Redução da dor lombar aguda dos docentes e discentes da área da saúde, determinada pela escala de visual e analógica de intensidade na avaliação da dor (EVA) que caracteriza-se por um escala semelhante a uma régua que contém uma linha de marcadores numéricos que variam de 0 a 10 e abaixo dos números encontram-se figuras que simbolizam a expressão facial relativa a intensidade da dor. Neste instrumento a dor é definida como leve (representados pelos números 0 a 1), moderada (3 a 7) e intensa (8 a 10). Aplica-se a escala antes e após intervenção.
