  This is a controlled, randomized, blinded, 4 arm study. The Group 1 will have 36 participants who will wear a mask with blue LEDs at a wavelength of 415 nm (plus or minus 20 nm), 3 times a week for 12 sessions. In each session, the participant will be positioned in the supine position on a stretcher. After, the face will be sanitized with soap with physiological pH and removed with gauze moistened with water. Then we will place a disposable protective film and the mask will be positioned on it, close to the face, excluding the nasal and eye region. Its operating time is 7 minutes. Goggles will be worn by the participant and the applicator. After the procedure, we will apply sunscreen. Assessments will be made on the first, fifteenth and thirtieth day of treatment through before and after photos by a dermatologist. The Group 2 will have 36 participants who will wear a mask with red LEDs at a wavelength of 660 nm (plus or minus 20 nm), 3 times a week for 12 sessions. In each session, the participant will be positioned in the supine position on a stretcher. After, the face will be sanitized with soap with physiological pH and removed with gauze moistened with water. The Group 4 will have 36 participants who will receive the peeling with 20% salicylic acid in gel that will be performed every 15 days by a specialist nurse in dermatology under the supervision of a dermatologist. Cleaning the patient's face will be done with physiological soap, then degreasing with alcohol 70 to remove any residue. Sensitive areas of the face such as lateral and medial corners, oral commissures, lips and furrows will be protected by applying a thin layer of base cream using a cotton tipped applicator. The application will be made evenly over the entire face, first on the forehead and moving on to the cheeks, chin, glabella, nose and perioral area until there is an instant lightening, ie a "frost". Then the peeling will be removed with water and neutral soap and passed sunscreen. A post-auricular test will be done on all patients to detect any hypersensitivity to salicylic acid before starting treatment. Patients will be instructed to apply broad-spectrum sunscreen with a sun protection factor (SPF) of 30 or greater, daily, 2 weeks before the start of treatment and not to undergo any procedure such as waxing, exfoliation, or any procedure that sensitizes the skin for 2 weeks before treatment. On the day of the peeling, patients will be invited to come with a clean face, without applying makeup or aftershave lotion. Male patients will be instructed to avoid shaving on the day of the procedure.

Em seguida colocaremos uma película protetora descartável e a máscara será posicionada sobre ela, próxima ao rosto, excluindo-se região nasal e ocular . O tempo de funcionamento da mesma é de 7 minutos. Óculos de proteção serão usados pelo participante e pelo aplicador. Terminado o procedimento aplicaremos filtro solar. As avaliações serão feitas no primeiro dia, no décimo quinto e no trigésimo dia de tratamento através das fotos do antes e depois por um médico dermatologista.O Grupo 2 terá 36 participantes que usarão uma máscara com LEDs vermelhos no comprimento de onda de 660 nm (mais ou menos 20 nm), 3 vezes por semana, durante 12 sessões. Em cada sessão o participante será posicionado em decúbito dorsal em uma maca. Após o rosto será higienizado com sabonete com pH fisiológico e retirado com gaze umedecida em água. Em seguida colocaremos uma película protetora descartável e a máscara será posicionada sobre ela, próxima ao rosto, excluindo-se região nasal e ocular. O tempo de funcionamento da mesma é de 7 minutos. Óculos de proteção serão usados pelo participante e pelo aplicador. Terminado o procedimento aplicaremos filtro solar. Em cada sessão o participante será posicionado em decúbito dorsal em uma maca. Após o rosto será higienizado com sabonete com pH fisiológico e retirado com gaze umedecida em água. Em seguida colocaremos uma película protetora descartável e a máscara será posicionada sobre ela, próxima ao rosto, excluindo-se região nasal e ocular. O tempo de funcionamento da mesma é de 7 minutos. Óculos de proteção serão usados pelo participante e pelo aplicador. Terminado o procedimento aplicaremos filtro solar. As avaliações serão feitas no primeiro dia, no décimo quinto e no trigésimo dia de tratamento através das fotos do antes e depois por um médico dermatologista. O Grupo 4 terá 36 participantes que receberão o peeling com ácido salicílico a 20% em gel que será realizado a cada 15 dias por enfermeira especialista em dermatologia sob a supervisão de um médico dermatologista. A limpeza do rosto do paciente será feita com sabonete fisiológico, depois desengorduramento com álcool 70 para remover qualquer resíduo. Áreas sensíveis da face como cantos lateral e medial, comissuras orais, lábios e sulcos serão protegidos com aplicação de uma camada fina de creme base usando um aplicador de ponta de algodão. A aplicação será feita uniformemente em todo o rosto primeiramente na testa e avançando para as bochechas, queixo, glabela, nariz e área perioral até haver um clareamento instantâneo, isto é um "frost". Em seguida o peeling será retirado com água e sabonete neutro e passado filtro solar. Um teste pós-auricular será feito em todos os pacientes a fim de detectar qualquer hipersensibilidade ao ácido salicílico antes de iniciar o tratamento. Os pacientes serão instruídos a aplicar protetor solar de amplo espectro com fator de proteção solar (FPS) 30 ou maior, diariamente, 2 semanas antes do início do tratamento e a não fazerem qualquer procedimento como depilação com cera, esfoliação, ou qualquer procedimento que sensibilize a pele por 2 semanas antes do tratamento. No dia do peeling, os pacientes serão convidados a vir com o rosto limpo, sem aplicar maquiagem ou loção pós-barba. Os pacientes do sexo masculino serão orientados a evitar o barbear no dia do procedimento.

  People aged 12 to 25 years of either sex who have inflammatory acne grades 2 and 3.People who do not have any disease that interferes with the worsening of acne. During the anamnesis if there is any disease the pictures will be discussed with the dermatologist.
