Interventions

  Patients who meet the eligibility criteria will be included in the study, and will be randomized into two groups: intervention group (ILIB GROUP) who will undergo the application of ILIB therapy transcutaneously on the radial artery, with a total of ten applications, lasting of 30 minutes each, performed daily for ten days, with a two-day break (weekend) between the 5th and 6th intervention session. For the intervention, the study will use the Therapy EC Laser model of the DMC® Equipamentos Ltda brand, with a red spectrum with a semiconductor diode that emits a wavelength at 660 nm, a useful power of 100 mW, a beam cross-sectional area of ​​0.0434cm². In the Control Group (PLACEBO), the protocol and the device will be the same, but the laser pointer will be adjusted to not deliver energy to the tissue, simulating thus, the situation experienced by the intervention group. Both groups will maintain the care already provided by the study site, thus not interfering with standard treatment.

  Serão incluídos no estudos 20 participantes que atenderem aos critérios de elegibilidade, e serão randomizados em dois grupos (controle e intervenção) com 10 participantes cada. O grupo intervenção (GRUPO ILIB) que serão submetidos a aplicação da terapia Intravascular Laser Irradiation of Blood (ILIB) de forma transcutânea sobre a artéria radial, com o total de dez aplicações, com duração de 30 minutos cada, realizadas diariamente durante dez dias, com intervalo de dois dias (fim de semana) entre a 5° e a 6° sessão de intervenção. Para a intervenção, o estudo utilizará o Laser modelo Therapy EC da marca DMC® Equipamentos Ltda, de espectro vermelho com diodo semicondutor que emite comprimento de onda a 660 nm, potência útil de 100 mW, área transversal do feixe de 0,0434cm². No Grupo Controle (PLACEBO), o protocolo e o aparelho serão os mesmos, porém a ponteira de laser estará regulada para não entregar energia ao tecido, simulando, assim, a situação vivenciada pelo grupo intervenção. Ambos os grupos manterão os cuidados já realizado pelo local do estudo, não interferindo no tratamento padrão.

  Will be included in this study volunteers who complete the following criteria:Be 18 years of age or older; Present a clinical diagnosis of type II diabetes; Being monitored at the outpatient clinic of the HMI vascular clinic; Present ulcer located in the region of the feet, medial and distal third of the leg, classified in grade 1 and 2 of stage A, by the System of The University of Texas Diabetic Wound Classification of Texas Diabetic Wound Classification System); Ulcers with a length between 1 to 5 cm; Ulcer with onset time less than or equal to 3 months; Have preserved cognitive ability, assessed with the help of the mini exam of mental state (MMSE)

  Serão incluídos no presente estudo voluntários que preencherem os seguintes critérios: Ter idade igual ou superior a 18 anos; Apresentar diagnóstico clínico de diabetes tipo II; Estar em acompanhamento no ambulatório da clínica vascular do HMI; Apresentar úlcera localizada na região dos pés, terço medial e distal da perna, classificados em grau 1 e 2 do estágio A, pelo Sistema de Classificação de Ferida Diabética da Universidade do Texas (University of Texas Diabetic Wound Classification System); Úlceras com comprimento entre 1 a 5 cm; Úlcera com tempo de surgimento inferior ou igual a 3 meses; Ter capacidade cognitiva preservada, avaliada com auxílio do mini exame do estado mental (MEEN)

  The exclusion criteria established were: Uncontrolled diabetes, measured at the time of recruitment or via information obtained from the medical record; Smoker; Alcoholic; Neuromuscular or musculoskeletal disorders; Peripheral arterial disease (PAOD), determined by measuring the ankle-arm index (ABI) less than 0.90; Conditions that contraindicate Photobiomodulation.

  Os critérios de exclusão estabelecidos foram: Diabetes não controlada, mensurada no momento do recrutamento ou via informações obtidas no prontuário; Tabagista; Etilista; Doenças neuromusculares ou musculoesqueléticas; Doença arterial obstrutiva periférica (DAOP), determinada pela medida do índice tornozelo-braço (ITB) menor que 0,90; Condições que contraindiquem a Fotobiomodulação.

  it is expected to evaluate the clinical evolution of the ulcer, through 28 indicators of the results referring to wound healing: second intention (1103) and tissue integrity: skin and mucous membranes (1101) of the Nursing Outcomes Classification (NOC). The NOC results are composed of indicators that have five-point Likert scales to assess state variability.

  Espera-se avaliar a evolução clínica da úlcera, através de 28 indicadores dos resultados referente a cicatrização de ferida: segunda intenção (1103) e integridade tissular:pele e mucosas (1101) da Classificação dos resultados de enfermagem (NOC). Os resultados da NOC são compostos de indicadores que possuem escalas Likert de cinco pontos para avaliação da variabilidade do estado.
