The volunteers who agree to participate in the study will be evaluated by the principal investigator, who will evaluate the pain and muscle function of the pelvic floor by vaginal palpation and surface electromyography of the pelvic floor muscles. A vaginal secretion slide will be collected and the volunteer will respond to the questionnaires: International Consultation on Incontinence Questionnaire - Short Form; International Consultation on Incontinence Questionnaire - Overactive Bladder; Female Sexual Function Index. When they are included, they will be drawn for which type of treatment they will be submitted: 50 volunteers to be submitted to 10 sessions, twice a week, manual therapy and photobiomodulation, (device will be switched on without the volunteer knowing); 50 volunteers underwent 10 sessions twice a week of Manual Therapy without Photobiomodulation (positioned device, however, not connected, placebo). The treatments will be done by a physiotherapist (assistant researcher) previously trained for this. Each day of treatment, this woman will graduate the score, using the Analog Visual Scale of pain and severity of pain (mild, moderate and severe), before and after treatment.

    As voluntárias que aceitarem participar do estudo serão avaliadas pela pesquisadora principal, em que será feita a avaliação da dor e função muscular do assoalho pélvico por palpação vaginal e por eletromiografia de superfície dos músculos do assoalho pélvico. Será coletada lâmina de secreção vaginal e a voluntária responderá aos questionários: International Consultation on Incontinence Questionnaire - Short Form; International Consultation on Incontinence Questionnaire - Overactive Bladder;  Female Sexual Function Index. Ao serem incluídas, serão sorteadas para qual tipo de tratamento serão submetidas: 50 voluntárias para serem submetidas a 10 sessões, duas vezes por semana, de terapia manual e fotobiomodulação, (aparelho será ligado sem que a voluntária saiba); 50 voluntárias submetidas a 10 sessões, duas vezes por semana, de Terapia Manual sem Fotobiomodulação (aparelho posicionado, porém, não ligado, placebo). Os tratamentos serão feitos por uma fisioterapeuta (pesquisadora auxiliar) previamente treinada para isso. A cada dia de tratamento essa mulher graduará a nota, por meio da Escala Analógica Visual de dor e severidade de dor (leve, moderada e severa), antes e depois do tratamento.

                                                        At the end of the treatment period, it is expected that the association of manual therapy, which is currently recommended in the literature as a treatment of myofascial dysfunction associated with photobiomodulation, which presents promising possibilities in improving myofascial pain, is shown to be a more effective therapeutic option for the treatment of myofascial pain in muscles of the pelvic floor. It is expected that the pain score, by the Visual Analog Pain Scale, the palpation of the pelvic floor muscles will significantly decrease or cease in the group submitted to Photobiomodulation.

                                                        Ao final do período de tratamento, espera-se que a associação da terapia manual, que é recomendada atualmente pela literatura como tratamento da disfunção miofascial, associada à fotobiomodulação, que apresenta possibilidades promissoras na melhora da dor miofascial, se mostre uma opção terapêutica mais eficaz para o tratamento da dor miofascial dos músculos do assoalho pélvico. Espera-se que a nota de dor, pela Escala Analógica Visual de dor, á palpação dos músculos do assoalho pélvico diminua significativamente ou cesse no grupo submetido à Fotobiomodulação.

                                                    At the end of the treatment period, it is expected that women undergoing photobiomodulation are expected to improve more of dyspareunia, constipation and urinary symptoms, as observed through the results of the Female Sexual Function Index, International Consultation on Incontinence Questionnaire - Short Form, International Consultation on Incontinence Questionnaire - Overactive Bladder, and by means of the criteria of Rome III.
