    LMF25 experimental group (leg A - 7 legs), LMF50 experimental group (leg B - 7 legs) and Control Group (pre - 14 legs evaluation). The 14 healthy individuals selected will receive massage with the electric massager in three locations in the vastus lateralis region, with a total duration of 9 minutes. One leg (A) will receive the massage at the frequency of 25 Hz and the other leg (B) 52 Hz. The choice will be made at random. Muscle fascia assessments will be performed pre and post-intervention on each leg. The evaluations will be carried out on both legs of the same individual (14 subjects), with the pre-evaluation being considered as a control.

    Grupo experimental LMF25 (perna A - 7 pernas), Grupo experimental LMF50 (perna B - 7 pernas) e Grupo Controle (avaliação pré - 14 pernas). Os 14 indivíduos saudáveis selecionados receberão massagem com o massageador elétrico em três locais da região do vasto lateral, com duração total de 9 minutos. Uma perna (A) receberá a massagem na frequência de 25 Hz e a outra perna (B) 52 Hz. A escolha será de forma aleatória. Avaliações da fáscia muscular serão realizadas pré e pós intervenção em cada perna.                                                         To evaluate the movement of the superficial and deep fascia of the vastus lateralis, through the evaluation of the displacement of the fascicle with ultrasound images. The measurement will be performed in the superficial fascia, between the subcutaneous tissue and the vastus lateralis muscle, and in the deep fascia, between the vastus lateralis and vastus intermediary muscles. The differences between the distances (post - pre) in the superficial and deep layers will be considered the fascial movement. The main effects of treatment within and between groups will be assessed using mixed model statistics (time [pre vs. post] x 2 groups [25 Hz vs. 52 Hz]).                                                         Avaliar o movimento da fascia superficial e profunda do vasto lateral, por meio da avaliação do deslocamento do fascículo com imagens de ultrassonografia. A mensuração será realizada na fáscia superficial, entre o tecido subcutâneo e o músculo vasto lateral, e na fáscia profunda, entre os músculos vasto lateral e vasto intermediário. As diferenças entre as distâncias (pós - pré) nas camadas superficial e profunda serão consideradas o movimento fascial.
