  A sample N = 15 patients will be allocated at random and randomized into three groups, two of which are intervention and a control group, in group 1 (N = 5) the ABACA protocol will be performed, group 2 (N = 5) ACABA and group 3 (N = 5) ADADA, step A: corresponds to autonomic assessment through heart rate variability and vital signs, B: Family auditory stimulus (EAF), which will be indicated by the patient's companion, C: a stimulus neutral additive (EAN), by means of a repetitive sound, D: no stimulation will be performed, each stage will have a duration of 5 minutes, totaling a session of 25 minutes, which will be performed in the first 15 days of hospitalization in the intensive care in the infirmary after discharge from the intensive care unit.

  Uma amostra N=15 pacientes serão alocados de maneira aleatórias e randomizada em três grupos, sendo dois de intervenção e um grupo controle, no grupo 1 (N=5) será realizado o protocolo A-B-A-C-A, o grupo 2 (N=5) A-C-A-B-A e o grupo 3 (N=5) A-D-A-D-A, a etapa A: corresponde há avaliação autonômica através da variabilidade da frequência cardíaca e os sinais vitais, B: Estimulo auditivo familiar (EAF), que será indicado pelo acompanhante do paciente, C: um estimulo aditivo neutro (EAN), por meio de um som repetitivo, D: não será realizado nenhum estimulação, cada etapa terá uma duração de 5 minutos, totalizando uma sessão de 25 minutos, que ira ser realizado nos primeiros 15 dias de internação na unidade de cuidados intensivo, na enfermaria após alta da unidade de cuidados intensivo.

  The study will include individuals affected by TBI considered severe, scoring from 3 to 8 points on the ECG and RAAS from 0 to -5, whether acute or subacute, from 24 hours to 14 days of admission to the clinical hospital of the Universidade Federal do Triângulo Mineiro, aged over 18 years.

  Serão incluídos no estudo indivíduos acometidos por TCE considerado grave, pontuando de 3 a 8 pontos na ECG e RAAS de 0 a -5, sendo ele agudo ou subagudo, de 24 horas até 14 dias da admissão no hospital de clínicas da Universidade Federal do Triângulo Mineiro, com idade maior que 18 anos.

  Os critérios de não inclusão são indivíduos hemodinamicamente instáveis, com aumento da PAM acima de 110 ou abaixo de 70 mmHg, indivíduos em protocolo de morte encefálica, histórico de acuidade auditiva comprometida, aqueles casos em que não foi possível definir com a família a música ou estilo musical preferido e/ou cujos responsáveis não concordarem com o estudo e não assinarem o Termo de Consentimento Livre e Esclarecido.

  Expect a greater response from the autonomic nervous system after family auditory stimulation when compared to neutral auditory stimulation and the control group, to analyze the ANS response, an assessment of HRV performed using linear variables in the time domain, before and after musical intervention (SDNN - Standard deviation in all RR intervals, reflecting Sympathetic and Parasympathetic activity; RMSSD - Square root of the sum of the differences between RR intervals adjacent to the square, reflecting Parasympathetic activity; pNN50 - Percentage of the difference between adjacent RR intervals greater than 50ms reflecting parasympathetic activity); linear variables in the frequency domain (LF - Low-frequency, reflecting Sympathetic and Parasympathetic activity; HF - High-frequency, reflecting Parasympathetic modulation; LF / HF - Ratio between low and high frequency, reflecting the sympathetic-vagal balance); non-linear variables - Poincaré plot represented quantitatively by the SD1 indexes (represents the dispersion of the points perpendicular to the identity line related to the short duration of RR intervals), SD2 (represents the dispersion of the points along the identity line, represents records of long duration of RR intervals); SD1 / SD2 (ratio between short and long variations in RR intervals). Approximate Entropy (ApEn - approximate entropy, quantifies regularity and complexity of short time series); Detrended Fluctuation Analysis (DFA - Diluted fluctuation analysis, algorithm to quantify fluctuation properties without scale).
