USP recruits volunteers for second phase of dengue vaccine testing
Researchers at the Medical School of the University of São Paulo (USP) are developing a vaccine against dengue and for this they are recruiting volunteers for testing.
The study, which began in 2013, is in its second phase and aims to vaccinate 140 volunteers. In the first phase 160 volunteers were vaccinated and all with a good tolerance to the vaccine.
For the third phase of testing, the researchers will apply the vaccine to 15,000 people.
Volunteers who want to participate in the tests must be between the ages of 18 and 59 and register by phone (11) 2661-3344, to schedule a screening.
