• Interventions:

  They will be recruited voluntarily through a public call and will be organized into two groups at random using a numerical sequence (randon.org). Will be chosen 60 patients, 30 treatment group and 30 control group. The control group will receive osteopathic treatment. The guidance group will receive guidance through an educational booklet. Both groups will receive a total of five visits that will last 35 days of the study. Each service or orientation session will last 30 minutes. The control group, which will receive the treatment and the guidance group plus the booklet, will then start the clinical evaluation through an Osteopathic evaluation form, measurement of pain through the pressure algometer and the mouth opening amplitude through the caliper. In addition to these data, the patient will complete the Fonseca Questionnaire, Questionnaire SF36, Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index. right after the consent form. Risks Because it is a sensitive and fragile region due to TMD disorder disorder temporomandibular, the patient may feel sensitivity to the "therapist's touch"

  Serão recrutados, voluntariamente por meio de chamada pública e serão organizados em dois grupos de forma aleatória por meio de sequência numérica(randon.org). Será escolhidos 60 pacientes, sendo 30 grupo tratamento e 30 grupo controle. O grupo controle receberá tratamento Osteopático. O grupo orientação que receberá orientações através de cartilha educativa. Ambos os grupos receberão um total de cinco atendimentos que durara 35 dias o estudo. Cada sessão de atendimento ou orientação durara 30 minutos. O grupo controle, que receberá o tratamento e o grupo orientação mais a cartilha, ai iniciará a avaliação clínica por meio de uma ficha de avaliação Osteopático, mensuração da dor por meio do algômetro de pressão e a amplitude de abertura da boca através do paquímetro. Além desses dados o paciente irá realizar o preenchimento do Questionário Fonseca, Questionário SF36, Índice de Qualidade do Sono de Pittsburgh. logo após o termo de consentimento TCLE . Riscos Por se tratar de uma região sensível e fragilizada pelo distúrbio da DTM distúrbio temporomandibular, o paciente poderá sentir sensibilidade ao "toque do terapeuta”

  Both sexes; be over 18 and have a maximum age of 45; not having used orthodontic braces; do not use fixed or mobile dental prostheses; not having rheumatic disease; not using analgesics; not have fibromyalgia.

  In the primary outcome, we will use validated tables for pain assessment exclusively for TMJ, we will also use a validated table that assesses quality of life and sleep. We want to see if osteopathic treatment can be another manual tool for TMJ pain relief.

  We will deal with the 5 sessions, we will re-evaluate the vestments with tables where we will be able to compare the first session with the fifth session. With this study, we want to observe whether osteopathic treatment can help improve TMJ pain in the secondary outcome.

  ABSTRACT The dysfunctional temporomandibular joint can have negative consequences in
